I don't understand people who are defensive over Tucker either.

His current resume should not warrant the LSU job.

Neither should Napier's, but here we are.

ESPN ticker just said MSU is extending him 10 years for $95 million.

B10 money at work.

LSU about to drop some SEC coin.

If MSU is offering him 10 yrs and $9.5 mill there is ZERO reason lsu should hop in that boat to bid.

Tucker is now the second highest paid coach right behind Saban, and ahead of Dabo. Tucker couldn’t see Saban with a telescope when it comes to qualifications. How many playoff games has Tucker coached in?

Listen to the man talk about his program. He’s got something. He’s much more polished than Napier. Those who scoff at his candidacy are transparent and it’s a bad look.

Tucker has just as many skins on the wall as plenty of other successful P5 coaches and is right there with Aranda on approach.

Maybe because he barely has a .500 record as a HC in college to go along with his losing record as a NFL coach? I honestly don’t see how anyone can justify $100 million for this guy? He must be a hell of a salesman.

Their standards are low. It is not about accomplishments with them, its about FEELINGS and being taught at a young age that Participation Trophies are accomplishments.
