How does a school like ULL keep their head coaching search so quiet? Is it just because nobody gives a frick?

I don't think Maggard hired a search for and he apparently runs a very tight ship. Also helps that ESPN isn't snooping around

Others may disagree, but I feel like he would be a good hire. He's been successful to the point that I'm surprised he's not a HC anywhere currently.
