It’s not, but considering what was happening to the candidate pool this is a damn strong hire. He’s a very good coach.

I never said that. Hell, I never said that he wasn’t considered for the ohio state job.
I was just stunned that he turned it down considering it is a significantly better job than the one he just took.
He’s a really good coach, as evidenced that he has Iowa State consistently challenging for the Big 12 title.
