He has an abysmal head coaching record. He is not cut out for the job. His teams are ill prepared and undisciplined. I'd rather hire miles back and that's saying something.

Because when Aranda leaves you'll be stuck with an overpriced recruiter in Coach O. Why do some of you people want this? A good coach makes his coordinators look good not the other way around. I am not bashing Coach O, I actually like him on staff just not as HC.
