His best movie over the past few years has been Inglorious Merlins, IMO.

"The Bear Scientologist" bit killed me!

Dana Holgorson (WVU Head Coach) is the new rumor at the moment. That wouldn't be mediocre.

Yes it would.

He starts off old, wise and winning National Titles and ends up in Nashville, naive and alone as he blames the Rebels for his plights. Benjamin Merlins.

.3 of their last 5 season they have had two 0-8's and a 1-7- their damn recruiting is a little over-rated

Why did you include Orgeron's last year in this stat? Just to make your argument look better?

All of the losses in Orgeron's time had very little to do with recruiting. He just couldn't coach for shite. His team that went 0-8 in 2007 won 9 in 2008... Nutt didn't just haul in some badass recruits right before the 2008 season.

In 2008, we didn't lose to Wake Forest and Vanderbilt in the same season that we beat the national champion florida team because of lack of recruits.. thats coaching.

In 2010, we didn't lose to Jacksonville State and Vanderbilt because of recruiting.... that was coaching

In this past 10 years, State has had one 0-8, three 1-7's, and three 2-6's, two 4-4's, one 3-5
...including 8 SECwest wins in those 10 years... 5 of those came before Mullen was hired.

Ole Miss has had two 0-8's, two 1-7's, one 2-6, two 3-5's, one 4-4, one 5-3, and one 7-1

We've both pretty much sucked over the last 10 years, only different is you sucked worse.

starting this morning- Merlins was given 48 hrs to decide on the Penn St job- his agent has advised him not to take it- so says another coach. Said coach doesnt think he will and is at State to stay for 5 more years

Was Eli not a recruit? that only accounts for the 7-1 and a 3-5. The 5-3 and 4-4 were in 08 and 09 from Orgeron's recruiting, which obviously weren't over-rated.

The only really over-rated class was the 2009 class, which wasn't really over-rated we just lost most of the players.. the class was full of stars they just ended up having character issues.

Losing basically all of our star players from that class has hurt us a lot.. but you can't just not take a chance on players like Patpat and Tig.. atleast State and Ole Miss can't. Maybe if you're Bama or LSU, you can skip over some 5 star players if they look like they might have some character issues and move on to some other 5 star players, but with our schools you have to take a chance on the best players in the State.

Also Nutt's OL recruiting has blown.

Or we shouldn't have let him finish the year and announced Mike Leach after the egg bowl. But now we get Larry Fedora as the laughter of every SEC fanbase rings in our ears.

It's been ringing for years.
