What exactly are they talking about? Do they mean Kelly is a cracker who expects excellence from his players and coaches them to do that? Or do they mean that Louisiana players are stupid and won't respond to a coach that can do something other than recruit?

Where has Les Miles ever been a “culture fit”?
Nick Saban doesn’t fit anybodys culture. He changes your culture into a sustainable winning one.
