It's definitely a risk, but IIRC ULL has a pretty good team coming back next season.

I am buying into the notion that Pruitt was just not ready in any way, and he hired a terrible staff to boot.
Schiano is far more respected, and his staff at Rutgers is actually competent. In that respect he would have been a superior hire.
