It won't matter.

Fournette will still see 8-9 in the box and we will have some inadequate QB back there to toss up a 50-50 bomb on 3rd & long which will result in November losses.

But Cameron always stunk in the NFL, and he never had total autonomy.

I've seen Clay Helton and Lincoln Riley. I'm positive Ralph Freigen (Rutgers OC, assuming he's not promoted to HC) would be an immediate upgrade.

I'll likely get downvoted to hell, but I'll say this for the fourth or fifth time... Pep Hamilton, formerly of Stanford and Indianapolis. He'd bring the 'Stanford' offense, which is what Miles wants, but immensely better at the whole 'passing' thing.

Is anyone else amazed at the stupidity of some of our blindly supportive fans? Les is a nice man but his inability to recognize the need to adapt our philosophy and discipline is inexcusable.

What strategic offensive coordinator would come to LSU with MIles as head coach? That's like a top tier coach taking the NFL coaching job under Jerry Jones or Al Davis.

Come on, Freek. Harris went 7/21 for 83 yards and a interception tonight. Can't you see the qb development we've had from game 1 until now?

What's that, no? Oh ok, maybe you're right.

Offensive Coordinators for LSU by SPEEDYLes has let BDP coach defense and special teams. It's time Les give him a chance to run the offense

Brandon Harris looked pretty good against Florida, but he has been horrendous since then.

WTH happened?

Anyone who thinks the LSU offense is 'good enough' are flat-out crazy. Les has to change his offense. He even said that in his press conference.

Cam was hand picked by Les they have the same origins of football mentality.

If you think Cam sucked that's the same as saying Les sucks.they both suck to suck

it'll have to be a young up and comer that we take a chance on.

They'll look at it as a risk/reward to get more name recognition.

It will be the same thing for LSU.

Should be interdasting...

Exactly.

Or Les hires another old buddy just reduce some heat on his seat for a year. But in that case, he might as well just extend Cam.

Frank Wilson might be the only guy to take it. Let's him have OC title and maybe he could talk Les into giving up SOME control of the offense???

LSU could pay the next OC $750k and they'd be cutting their OC expenses in half.

There are D2 head coaches who don't make $750k. Do people REALLY think nobody will come to LSU?

Cumbie Co OC TCU

Use that TAF buyout money to get him and Meacham.

Boykin was athletic, but clueless as a QB when he first replaced Pachall. Then he became a Heisman candidate the last couple of seasons.

Sure somebody will take it but two things:

1. Look at LSU's last three OCs. Do you think they had full control of the offensive play calling? Does an OC want to be the head of an offense where he can't call his own plays?

2. The head coach is clearly one 4 loss season away from being fired. Based on recent seasons that could happen next year. Do you want a one year deal?
