Happened multiple times.
Another example: Swann came in against OU and Sloan was telling him the play for over 20 seconds.
He was still talking with 8 seconds on the play clock. QB should be up on the line looking at the alignment.
Swann had to call a timeout and looked kinda thrown off that Sloan was still talking as the play clock was winding down.
Kinda had a look like “damn THIS is what Nuss has to put up with….F that”
WAY too much for them to comprehend.
If it takes him 15 seconds to relay a play; it’s too complicated.

When the HC, who never did so before, starts carrying a play sheet, that is a pretty clear sign he doesn't 100% trust the OC. There were multiple times after TOs, mess ups on offense where BK was shown screaming into the headset. Certainly that could have been another coach on the receiving end, but logic says it was likely Sloan.

my thoughts exactly...
Sloan is just not a good OC... its clearly above his pay grade, at this point, so get someone who has done it and done it with some success...
Davis, gotta go... can recruit, can't coach... our OL was supposed to be a strength this year, and was by far one of the worst units on the team
S&C needs to be on notice too... wasn't much "strength" on display

ST needs a GOOD teacher. We seemed to not run ANY punts back this year. Gunners went through our guys like they were standing still
