Seriously? You agreed with May? That certifies that you're an idiot.
Alleva didn't botch things last year. King did! It cost LSU dearly.
Alleva has kept his cards close to the vest which is what he should do. He has no control over whether Fisher or Herman accepts or declines a solid offer. He shouldn't hire Orgeron just because the fan base or the players like him. It's not personal, it's business. There is a large segment who wants Orgeron as a sentimental or emotional favorite. Look what emotion did to us last year when it played a part in retaining Miles.
You make the hire based on who is the best overall candidate.
Jeremy Foley was largely regarded as one of the top AD's in country yet he made bad choices in 2 of this 3 football hires while the jury is still out on Beaver Teeth. His one successful hire was predicated on the UF President who had a prior relationship with Meyer.
Alleva is a solid AD regardless of what the ignorant masses on this forum think.
