I try to keep an open mind about it all, but I'm not convinced hiring someone with very little experience as a HC would be the right move- nor would hiring someone who isn't known for his philosophy on offense.
We have some candidates who fall into those two categories that some seem to be all in on....

No they weren’t. We were almost guaranteed an improvement at head coach, and we somehow ended up with one of the only hires who would’ve been worse than Miles. Not seeing the wrong there

I don't think BOB would be an upgrade. He's clearly a better
"coach" but recruiting would suffer.
But yes, 99 percent of coaches are an upgrade to Ogre.
