It could mean several things.

I take it he’s going to do whatever he finds peace with and no one should be basing their own inner peace in what another person does.

The longer he goes without signing an extension the more it points to leaving.

If Florida and LSU have given him their best number, all that is left is to decide if he’s staying or not. At some point, fatigue sets in with each school on negotiations, and that includes OM.

The passage that Kiffin quotes comes from a book, The Pivot Year. The title itself indicates that Kiffin is leaving Ole Miss. Clearly, this is a pivotal year: he is leaving Ole Miss to pivot to a different team. Moreover, the word "Pivot" is an anagram for "Tipov." Tipov is a character in The Transporter and The Transporter 2. Those movie titles unambiguously demonstrate that Kiffin is leaving Oxford. He is going to be transported.

The name of the author of The Pivot Year indicates the destination to where Kiffin is being transported. The author is Brianna West.

The author's first name is a dead giveaway. Kelly is no longer the coach at LSU. He is inapplicable to LSU's head coach position. Thus, Brian is N/A.

Or put simply: Brian NA.

The author's last name provides a similar distinct and explicit indication. Which SEC school is immediately west of Ole Miss? LSU.

Kiffin is heading west to LSU.

Kiffin's post is obvious to the cognoscenti. You simply have to understand the clear and unequivocal signs that it lays right in front of your eyes.

Just open your eyes.

A quick recap

LSU signed a coach to a $100 million contract. $95,000,000 base with bonus potential to easily tack on another 5-10 mil in the coming years. Said Coach then donates millions, literally millions of his own money, to your NIL collective. You then fire him midseason when he's 5-3 and say screw the binding contact we signed and you can go kick rocks. Also as a final 'frick you !' we aren't going to pay you the $50+ million we contractually owe you.

How are you still deluded enough into believing Lane wants any part of that ?!!? Why would any established coach who is in a good position currently that also has multiple other suitors want to step into that complete cluster frick of a situation ? We're all fans at the end of the day but my God you guys have to take a step back and at least try to be somewhat objective on this one.

Lame pulled one of most unexpected coaching moves ever when he left for tenn to usc. Don’t try and interpret everything he says or posts

I think you need to listen to Lane.

Calm your own storms.

You might not have many more chances to listen to him while he is your coach.

This is what I don’t understand. Just sign the damn extension and put it to rest. Yeah, I know…Sexton using this as leverage trying to squeeze every dime outta Ole Miss, but I just don’t buy it…

He gone. He wants to be like Saban and can't do it at OM. Need's to go where 5-star players grow on trees

I don't know if that means he stays. I think it means calm yourself right now. Everything happens in its own time and now is not the "TIME"

Because if he was going to stay for sure and has made his mind up he could just come out and say so bluntly and sign the new deal that is on the table.

Agreed. If he loves it there as much as he says and money truly doesn’t influence his decision one way or the other…why not just sign the extension that’s been on his desk and put this all to rest?

It's definitely not about the money imo. He will get what he can...sure but it's about whether he wants to grind for players at OM where he and his family are likely happy or go the more ambitious route and compete for championships. Plus, odds are he plans on leaving or he would have excepted the extension or counteroffer from OM by now. I think it's all about timing his departure and trying to see the season thru with his team.

You think there’s any chance he has already accepted OM extension and just doesn’t want to announce til season’s over? That doesn’t make sense to me but it is Lane we are talking about
