Napier has apparently brought an intern from ASU. Andrew Burkett followed Napier from Bama to ASU last year. He'll be in some kind of off field recruiting role. It looks like Napier will have more of an off field support staff than previous years.

He said he wants to meet each recruit personally before signing them. Given that he's only been on the job a couple of days, that makes sense.
The players that decomitted when Hud left don't seem like big losses tbh.
He also said he wants to have more assistants in place so they can tell recruits who their coaches will be.

I was talking more about the absurdity of even listing a national championship as an option. even more hilarious is that he would only get 250k for something that is impossible. they should have put it as a $1... or maybe $1 billion dollars.

How many G5 coaching contracts have you looked at recently that makes you such an expert on coaching incentives?
I'm sure it's a standard incentive amount for an unrealistic accomplishment for coaches at this level. Maybe even slightly above average.
