Did you go to college? Did you take the ACT or SAT PRIOR to being admitted into college?

Did anyone scream at you for taking a college entry test while you were still attending classes at a HS?

Thats how dumb you just came across as being

Bro the OP didn't say online test for U-High. He said he had a test AT U-High. You're moving the goal post...the point is that Knox will not be a U-high a week from today taking a test...c'mon.

I mean, shite dude a little common sense would go a long way in this situation

Have y'all never heard of placement tests?

Does U High even have placement tests? Wouldn't they just transfer credits and waive the testing requirements for the LSU coach's son even if they did? This doesn't make any sense.

What if he wants to take AP classes… he may have to place especially with a transcript from another State.

Yes. It’s part of the enrollment process. He’ll take the test to avoid unnecessary classes.

William, I've supported you many times, especially on the SEC rant when you totally bashed the Gumps. So don't make me break bad on you here.

I know some schools have them, and in certain situations they can be avoided, I just have no idea about the regs at U High.

They’re going to expedite the process for a coach’s son, no doubt. But they’re not going to do anything to hinder Knox’s education.

The "university high entrance exam" can refer to several different tests. For specific high schools, you need to check their individual admissions requirements, which often include standardized tests like the ISEE or SSAT. For admission into a specific university's laboratory high school, such as the LSU University Laboratory School, the process may involve an application and other criteria rather than a single "entrance exam". Entrance exams for universities themselves (like the SAT or ACT) are taken by high school students who have already graduated or are in their final year.

quote:

Students entering 5th or 9th grade, who are selected for admission from public, private, home study or out-of-state schools, are required to pass either the LEAP 2025 Test or the State Placement Test prior to enrollment.

The second quote is directly from U-High website.

I just heard the opposite from someone close to the program. This thing has a long way to go. Buckle up...

If that’s the case I’m pretty sure LSU will move on. Long way to go sounds like an extended period of time. Lane won’t have to worry in that case the job won’t be open. He will have to wait for another job.

I hope this is their plan. I’ve had fun poking fun at the OM fans as they spiral , but first order of business is getting a great coach before signing day

This is a lie. You’re not even considered for enrollment if you don’t score high enough. Some exceptions are made for legacy applicants, but that’s rare.

That's why they give the disclaimer that it's not always correct
