That's great, but it doesn't address my point.
I never defended Oklahoma. I never defended its poor performance on offense. I simply said that good to elite defense mixed with average to below average QB play is literally the Les Miles teams. Nothing about that game showed Dave Aranda can develop a QB.
I also think it's inconsistent to say they won the game in convincing fashion, but were only up 3 in the 4q.
It was a good win, and they played very physical, but their QB play was arse.
We're also only 1 week removed from Baylor needing good QB play because the D was struggling and...it couldn't get it. So it lost to a bad TCU team.

I’m full of shite? I’m not claiming I know anything. Just simply passing info along. The suite my buddy was in is mostly local attorneys who give a shite ton of money. Of course these boosters may not know shite, but they were confident that Aranda will be the hire.

I know an older gentleman who claims his son was frat bothers with Woodward and speaks to him often. His son said the hire is going to be Mel Tucker. Guess what, I don't believe him, so I don't have much confidence in any insider claims made here either.
