Yes, unlike Alleva and Orgeron we actually have to produce results to keep our job or get promoted.

In the real world a history where you were the worst ever at your previous job doesn't mean that you get an upgrade in terms of jobs. Or maybe it does.

I own a company, I hire people on a daily basis, I donate a significant amount to LSU yearly.
Interviews matter, I'll give you that. But so do resumes...and the fact is if on your resume is a termination from your previous job due to not getting things accomplished, trust me, you're not getting the job.

Yes... Resumes matter. However, this is LSU. The team with the most players on active NFL rosters. We have no in state competition. We will never be short of talent. Could you not see the clear difference b/n the players attitudes once "O" took over? Oh...... And for those who don't think Etling has done everything possible to put his team in a position to win, go suck a d**k.
