The frick are you talking about?

I don't want to trash the team and coaches so that means I only care about miles? I've never met the guy.
I have also been critical on here. But I have actually had substantive posts that were critical. Not the "miles is a retard" posts like a good portion of the mouth breathers on here. That isn't discussion.

I was one of JJ's biggest supporters. I think JL should have been given a shot. We should have tried something...up tempo, no huddle, spread the defense, etc. I can't think of one noticeable adjustment we made at any point in that game...can you?

But hey, when they switched to JJ after Bama game planned for JL it worked out fine.....so why would we expect different results after game planning for JJ?

Is it just me or are Michigan fans just like UT fans who thought they were getting Saban or Tennessee fans who thought they were getting Gruden?

Just asked a question... Thanks for NOT being man enough to answer it............

You realize they were in the national title game?

And got arse-RAPED... Care to dispute this????

I find it hilarious yet pitiful that so many of you take national title appearances for granted like they sre no big deal. Shows how little grasp on the football landscape that many of you have.

But but but lil nicky lost the last 2 games of the season, one of which a blowout, with the best team in college football last year. Every coach has been out coached before.

He got us to 2 Title games won 1 do you know any coach in lsu history that has done better.

He does a great job of getting us around 8-10 wins a year but the 2007 title... you have to say... we lucked our way into a title. Lost twice, to two unranked teams, one at home.

I don't. But I'm comfortable and can accept the fact that lee who had zero success against Bama outside of subbing in and throwing a pass in 2010 to help seal victory, was not beating Bama that night.

You don't know that. We know, for a fact, that your way didn't work.

It really isn't necessary. You aren't going to change anyone's opinion of him.

I've learned enough the last few years after graduating and being in the real world that my naive view of lsu fans as a great supportive die hard collection of people actually contained a large collective of low football iq self loathing chicken littles.

I know I'm not going to change many opinions because of what I stated above

So changing the QB is the only adjustment a coach has at his disposal?

We got beat. It was bad. I just don't understand why people can't move on. It's a little pathetic at this point.

So we can't discuss past failures when discussing coaching merits? Just sweep them under a rug and pretend it never happened.

It would probably be "pathetic" to mention any negative of Les's past too, huh?

Oh no, the "clock it" game is in the past, let it go.

Would you please answer my previous question?

And the fact that you are just a few years removed from graduating explains a lot.

And our coach quit on the team that night. I agree with you about JL vs Bama...but to not even try JL or anything else was pathetic.

3 years later we see the same exact shite. Best player on the team gets 5 carries. When the gameplan isn't working we never abandon it until it's too late.

I started a thread about this. I was pissed about that.

But apparently I'm not "critical".

Apparently being the right amount of critical on here you have to join the torch and pitchfork crowd.

It's funny how the most successful coach in school history is lambasted and even in his 3rd season at LSU...he was "hoped to Michigan" by many of the fans.

I don't know what we are trying to compare him to. The only thing that I can think of is that he is assimilated with 2003 and all that came from that. Aside from that, what in the world do we have to compare him to? Most "fans" cannot remember past Saban to begin with.

I get it. Miles is stubborn and very predictable. Nevertheless, he'd be stupid to go to Michigan. The whole "less pressure in Ann Arbor" is asinine. He has a chance to be unprecedented in Baton Rouge for perhaps a century.

I have had my beef with Les, but face it...no matter how many style/dick inches contests people want to have, he is still taking us to a bowl game EVERY single season. Yes, there are 67 bowl games today, but this year is his most minor bowl of all and he did it with no qb. Jordan Jefferson would have done 3 times as good as Harris. Glad he won't leave. If he does, I won't cry about it...but some people are crying that we do not win 11 games a year in the biggest gauntlet in CFB.

And I hope Les gets down on his knees every night and thanks God WVU completely shite the bed against a 21 pt underdog. Otherwise, his knights wouldn't have that fluke of a title to cite ad nauseam

No. Not really. I have said before that it might be a good time for miles to leave. Gets him away from a pretty shitty fanbase and gets lsu fans new blood to eat their own.

Link to where I have ever said he can do no wrong? Its pretty clear I respond to ridiculous irrational criticisms on here.
