FSU & UF can kiss their shits goodbye

It's takes like this that remind me why I spend less and less time bothering to read the Einsteins of Tigerdroppings.

Just some horrible, horrible takes in this thread.

it was a joke. Not to be taken literally.

Just a simple fact that Randy Shannon was only able to take the program so far and ESPN WILL MAKE GRUDEN the best recruiter.

Two quick points: First, ESPN will help Gruden and Miami with as much positive PR as possible. They like the market, they need an ACC power in the picture because they don't have their claws on the entirety of the SEC. Second, any new blood in there will likely recruit well and it does help for it be an established household name. And considering the conference and the school, you can win with talent there pretty easily.

It should be interesting but I'm simply not sold on Gruden in college being able to treat these kids like he would like to.

Why would we go after a coach that had a losing record 3 of his last 6 seasons? If that happened here LSU fans would be jumping off the upper decks (and aiming).

IMO Gruden is trying to get LSU to make their move by making them think he's going to Miami.

Well Manny Navarro is sticking with the story for now saying there's strong interest, lots of smoke, but no one from da U is confirming anything.
