that is bs. Vincent is not the AD and LSU would not have fired Miles "on the spot".

quote:

Miles: "...I'm busy. Thank you very much, and have a great day."

Guy to LSU Chancellor: "Are you going to stay and answer questions?"

LSU Chancellor: "What he said."

End.

That's stupid. 1. Vincent couldn't fire Miles. He's not the AD. 2. Why would you fire Miles and be forced to pay buy out his contract worth millions when he may leave and owe you 1.25 million?

It's a ridiculous fricking statement to say that LSU forced Miles' hand ... Like LSU would fire the coach who was led them to three straight 11-win season, not going to happen!

Most of the Michigan people relaying this theory are simply making excuses and placing blame elsewhere because their athletic department (including Carr) fricked the whole deal up and the whole process really pissed Miles off. Not exactly sure what happenned, but I think it's quite obvious that someone in the Michigan camp really pissed the frick out of Miles.

It obviously it wasn't anyone in the LSU camp that made Miles mad. Hell, we all heard what he said about O'keefe and Bertman's comments and phone calls directly to Les ...

If you scroll down, you can read about how Bobby Bowden almost went to Alabama - his 'dream school' and how it didn't happen. I wonder if we'll read something similar in the future about Miles.

I think the only truth that matters here is that Les chose to stay at LSU.

We win. MGoBlue loses.

Schiano would be a great coach for Michigan.
