Perfect fit for that guy.

Some good coaches can’t handle the big time jobs and find success at second tier jobs.

Wouldn't be a bad hire.

Could be worse I guess, it’s just such a bland hire that’s is hard to reconcile firing your coach and then ending up with this goofy bastard.

I’m sure he’d do ok, but just ok.

He would probably be a better fit at Mizzou than Florida. He evaluated talent really well for Florida. He got our skilled positions turned around with talent, but the QB room just wasn’t there for him. His undoing at UF was he wasn’t disciplined enough and didn’t have a S&C program at all.

Do they have enough canvas for his pull over?

Lol I love how Mizzou fans expected a big name and will try to talk themselves into this being a Home Run hire

If true it just proves that Mizzou isn’t a top 30 job and has no identity. (Other than a SJW school)

McElwain just won MAC COY.

He's now won COY in 3 different conferences.

This would be a good hire and a good fit

Bull sharks have been known to traverse the Mighty Mississippi all the way up to St Louis so we should be good there

This should be good.

Two Florida rejects going at it next year with Muschamp and Shark fricker.

Shark fricker was disappointed with the facilities in Gainesville. They weren't good enough for his elitist tastes. You think he'll be happy in Mizzou?

Mizzou has a brand new 100 million dollar football facility. I'm sure McElwain will be fine with our facilities.
