Rhule isn't the only one. Several clubs have already inquired. If his goal is the NFL, he's gone soon

We know, moron. We’re all just curious what his career aspirations are. If he wants to be a P5 head coach he’ll just hang around another year or two. Otherwise yeah we’re not expecting to hold onto him.

The panthers owner seems to be willing to make huge financial moves to get what he wants.

You A&M tools are pathetic. Go focus on holding us to under 50 next year and quit pretending to be a Carolina Panther insider.

Yeah that’s what worries me here but again.....once he turned an offense that had been stagnant for a decade into a juggernaut and a heisman winner at QB, I figured he’d be gone sooner rather than later. Don’t think we know enough about Brady to know his career aspirations though.

Heh. As if my opinion of LSU fans could be any worse. Then a lowlife like you starts typing, and reminds me that there is no such thing as rock bottom for LSU fans

but it’s not like he won’t have this option every year going forward
we don't know this. We've seen it time and time again.

depends on what he wants I guess
Yep. If he has nfl aspirations, he should go. But more than likely that'll come with a short term "paycut."

"paycut" is in reference to his future salary at LSU, not what he's making now.

Keep in mind he could take over a big time program in a few years. He's like a Lincoln Reilly clone. More money, and the option to be a top NFL coaching candidate annually. If he's concerned about losing pay, he will stay unless he thinks he can't keep the offense at this high of a level consistently.

His agent is Trace Armstrong, known for leaking BS to media outlets to initiate bidding wars for his clients. He is Tom Herman's agent & he is the agent who leaked BS to get LSU & Texas in a bidding war for Herman. He's about believable as a homeless person .

Maybe that's it.

So Woodward has a choice to make, his first test here. You pay him what he wants or replace him. One thing that's not going to happen is Brady taking any kind of discount to stay at LSU.

I think Woodward will do the right thing, give him full OC responsibilities and a more-than-competitive salary. I don't expect him to throw a hissy fit like Alleva would do.

For once I feel we have competent leadership up top to do what’s needed

Joe would probably throw a hissy fit over this
