If he wants to be at LSU then ole Miss is a cuck for keeping him. Seriously. It’s not about “best season ever” it’s about “the integrity of the program”.
Ole Miss would be set back further if the allow him to coach playoffs and he does anything other than win the championship.
Semifinal losses do not matter to real programs and if ole Miss wants to be real the the have to stop acting like the are ok with “also ran”

I’m sure we’d be fine with him finishing the season IF the contract is signed and the announcements are officially made. That’s the key. We need clarity before signing day to tell our recruits.

Does Kiffin have any contractual bonuses for winning the SEC, making the playoffs etc?
If so, this makes the whole situation stickier for Ole Miss, having to pay him those bonuses knowing he's out the door.

Time for Kiffin to make a big boy decision. If you want to coach Ole Miss in the playoffs, you sign the extension and coach them. If you want to be the next head coach at LSU, you sign the contract and move on to Baton Rouge. You make a decision and commit to it.
