Matt Canada ended up landing a job as an NFL OC…not bad if you ask me.

Yea because he did a great job with the Pitt offense. It’s not his fault CEO put handcuffs on him.

I pull for the Saints and Steelers. Knowing the pulse of the Steelers fans very well, Matt Canada will be lucky if he makes it through the next game without having his arse handed to him. Dude is in WAY over his head. The players have turned on him. Harris wouldn’t even talk about the play calling this last debacle against the Chiefs. F@CK Matt Canada.

The key to this statement is where he was when he was nominated for a football award … Kentucky
Let that sink in

I’m betting Kelly has actually interviewed his candidates instead of just picking a hot name floating around.

Says he graduated from Michigan State in 2000. I am guessing he had Saban as a coach for at least 2 years before Saban left for LSU. Looks like he may have paid attention and carried some of Nick's coaching process with him.

He wasn’t calling the plays.
He had NFL players on that defense.
He doesn’t like recruiting.
He wants to coach in the NFL.
He doesn’t like recruiting.

House is a HOMERUN HIRE WOOHOO!!!

Joe Brady would be a homerun as OC.

CEO was ahead of the curve on this one. After his big year at Pitt, Canada has pretty much failed everywhere he's gone, including at LSU and with his current team the Steelers. No way Tomlin can bring that dude back next year.

Out of all the "gotcha whataboutist" scenarios you could've rolled with, you went with an NFL OC who our "one of us dumbasses" didnt like personality wise and ran him off?
