This statement by O does not meet Canada's system
I agree. I also think Saban will never go away from his pro style approach.

Some label Canada as pro-style at Pitt because they run a good bit of their offense under center. However, if you watch them play, he is using a lot of spread concepts. He's also using player groupings and formations that would work here from day 1.

A better question is, does his system move the ball and put up points against Bama. That's the only thing O needs to be focused on in his "search"

He plays to his opponents weaknesses. He is a great "gameplanner". Go watch the highlights of the Pitt/Clemson game. he had Clemson on their heels all game. He runs a lot of power spread which fits LSU recruiting and personnel perfectly

Has he ran strictly a pro style offense? Does he use any spread concepts? I honestly don't know. Somebody sell him to me

It sure is refreshing to read a whole thread about Canada without all of these whiny asswipes coming in shitting on him and predicting the utter downfall of LSU football. Man that crap is getting sickening.

Oh and... Geaux Canada!!!

After watching some film on Jacoby Brissett at nc state and pitt this year I am convinced Canada would absolutely wreck shite here.
A guy like Guice would be phenomenal in his system

Will need a solid DT-QB tho to reach full potential.

Lindsey Scott would excel in his offense.

The only thing that concerns me is the down field threat if the run isn't there but, if he can move the sticks and it appears that he does while putting up points. Brissett threw for 2600 yards and 20+ TDs both years and was drafted. He pounds the rock when they can't stop it and his 3rd down and red zone numbers are really good.

I bet if Bama was to hire him this place would erupt.
