Could be wrong but don't think he wants any part of the LSU circus or the dirty game of SEC recruiting. He's a great young coach but doesn't feel like a fit.

He seems like the best hire that any of the bigger name schools could get this year. I think he is more of a midwest guy though. Does he have experience recruiting in the south?

As much as I would find it interesting to see what Campbell would do with LSU resources (I am an alum of both) he isn't moving to BR. He won't leave ISU for anything less than Notre Dame or Ohio State.
