That organization was terrible before he got there. They don’t put a lot into the organization. He does a good job with what he has and the continuity probably keeps them as good as they are.
Honestly, I think he’s a good coach. Just doesn’t have much to work with.

they have had some good drafts or at least draft picks that I liked under him.
i don't know if you credit him or the scouting team more or whatever but that has stood out imo.
thing is.. who would they bring to replace him?
the Hue Jackson thing coming over to be a consultant really blew up in their face yesterday.
they have too much talent on their roster to be a bumbling group of slackers on defense. I know they've had some injuries but they've been decimated even worse on the scoreboard lately. So someone needs to answer for that. They already fired the DC and they looked no better against Cleveland yesterday.
