Diaz is a good coach. And, he's still young. Some coaches do improve.

No the frick he isn't. Hes one of the worst coaches in all of college football. He made the Texas defense into one of the worst defenses in the history of the program. It's laughable you all think he's a good coach. Just watch what happens at duke.

He was a better DC at Penn State than I thought he could be. I think he's at least improved as a DC.

It wasn't his fault. It was the culture issues. Look at Texas A&M! Same thing.

Terrible hire.
He’s a solid DC but no way he can do more with less at Duke as he will be forced to just to win 6 games a year.

I get him confused with Francis Suarez (Mayor of Miami who briefly ran for President in 2024). Both their fathers previous served as Mayor of Miami in the late 80’s/early 90’s.

They tried to bring in Tommy Amaker from Harvard to replace Coach K as well until he threw a huge fit and forced them to hire Scheyer.
The woman they hired as an AD in Durham has no idea what the hell shes doing whatsoever and will run that football program back into the ground in no time at all.
