I have thought from the beginning that Woodward would swing for a few big names and settle back on someone like Napier or Mike Gundy.

Aranda, USC paid Helton 4.8 million per year, will probably offer Aranda 5 million. LSU will offer him more, plus standard of living is way higher in California. Aranda hasn’t coached in California for the last 15 years. His children grew up away from California. I don’t buy this “returning home”.
