Luke Fickell Won't Leave Ohio

This guy is all Ohio and his roots are firmly planted. An outlier season with the Saints, but otherwise all Ohio.
When OSU finally realizes that Ryan Day is an empty shell without Urban Meyer behind the scenes, they will call for Fickell to come home.
If we somehow end up with Fickell, he'll leave us in a year or two when the OSU job opens up.

I agree. Fickell seems way more Midwestern as a coach than Sec. LSU should contact him though for potential interest

It doesn't hurt to talk to anyone, and you never know, but Fickell has been quoted saying his family doesn't want to leave Ohio.

Jimbo isn't from Florida, didn't have 6 kids in Florida, didn't have his dream job in Florida, and hadn't lived in Florida his entire life. Abysmal comparison.

Nope, about to go to a power 5 conference with the strength of the Sunbelt. Why come to LSU and fight the SEC West and the hormonal woman of a fan base we have.
