I don't care what you guys say about Corey. He will never leave and he will have some serious talent at LSU.

He might not have started DBU but it became known as LSU under Corey.

But yet, he left once and held LSU hostage yearly w/ money grabs.

My biggest complaint about Raymond. He was always one of the highest paid coaches at his position while at LSU and every year he threatened to leave.

My hope is that this put him in his place and cooled his ego.

I don't think he forgot how to coach or recruit, he just got fat and happy.

You don't do it every year when you're one of, if not THE, highest paid coaches in that role in the country. Period.

I have negotiated raises professionally, I'm sure most have, but it is bad taste to do it every single year under threat of leaving when you're received significant raises each year prior and you're in the 1% of salary for your job.

I'm not saying I don't want Corey, but I hope he has changed in this regard after leaving and being fired.
