Coach O "loves LSU" as long as the checks clear.
Coach O was lucky as shite to encounter Joe Alleva. A guy that was basically at a dead end in his coaching career saved by a complete push over AD.
Now that Coach O has been paid in full and his bank account is happy hes now using his position to get his buddies paid too. Theres nothing unusual about the way the coaches are selected. They're coach O cronies and it doesnt matter if they're up to the task as a coach. It's Louisiana politics extended to LSU athletics.
Sean Salisbury up next. Probably gets a bump from his radio pay too.

If I were coach WRs, they would get just as much separation from the DBs as they did under Sullivan. And I would only ask for $349K. I also would not recruit.
