It was easy to see the choices:

I said this since Miles was fired. You need to look at coaching as a package not just the HC and you need to evaluate the domino effects. You have to play games theory to pick your coaching staff and the decision makers are doing that.

I have calmed down and now agree O should be 3rd option. By many accounts from here and reputable insiders on pay sites it's a grand slam staff. Like lawyer said if Herman or jimbo fail were still stuck for a while. With O there is less long term risk. I'm just gonna enjoy the rest of the search and know if we miss on 1-2 that O deserves a shot with what he's done Faak it. I'm over it

It's hilarious. And when our "top" OC leaves for the NFL or a HC spot in a year or two, well just pop on down to the coach store and get another elite coordinator.
