Great hire. This is Orgeron's dream job. Coaches at their home state dream job always coach to win. They have more pride in what they are doing. They don't coach for the money. Most these guys now, it's a crap shoot when they get their final big contract at this age, if it's just the money and buy out they want, or if they really want to win. Ed O will coach to win.
