Les Miles is great with recruiting relationships (players/coaches)

What are his other attributes you thinks he is using in his interviews?
Posted on 12/9/16 at 11:33 am to THECEO
Championship experience, player development, admitting to weaknesses and proving willingness to change those weaknesses into strengths.

Never meddles with his coordinators, especially on offense.

Running a modern, up tempo offense which places trust in the QB position.

pugnacious at times, yet affable - willing to put himself out there and be different
Also, he doesn't take himself too seriously, which most Americans find amusing, authentic, and entertaining versus the typical "coach-speak, politically correct" blabber.

You just need to bring a binder and tell them you learned from your mistakes.

Coaches time management has never been any worse than all the other coaches they all make mistakes because of players getting off and on the field even the pass the to the end zone with one second left was false they would had to put back thee seconds that the keeper had run off !

His eye for talent. Look at the number of 3 stars that are superstars in the league

No but he has a folder! Binder's are too new and shiny. The ruggedness and beauty of the plain folder shows it has the want for victory.

The ability to charmingly answer press conference questions from the media while inexplicably leaving more questions than answers. It drives people out of their minds but is always entertaining.
"What a game, huh?"
"What a game, huh?"

Quality of character, "been there, done that" when it comes to winning a National Championship. Recruiting at an extremely high level consistently. Not a job jumper. Good with boosters and families.
I'm sure his resume is strong.

He's articulate and detailed.

He should get a copy of rickdaddy's "Les is the Best" binder.
