Chevis has a really nice pedigree

Spent time w Pats and Belichick

I hope he still has LSU in his heart, as he becomes a defensive guru.

Circa 2004, I said hello to Chevis Jackson walking to Lockett Hall.

Seems you would want to hire a dc before bringing in secondary staff?

I still love Les. And I still miss him.

And seeing this hire makes me very happy for him. Very. And equally as happy for Chevis.

Les is building something really special up there already. I hope they completely upend the Big 12 within 3 years.

As much as Les got on my fricking nerves, more often than not, his hires were fantastic.

Aranda, Chavis, Adam Henry, Frank Wilson, Corey Raymond, and hell even O as a DL coach etc...

Also, this thread has brought back some great memories of obscure players from yester-year.
