Does Les have a realistic shot at UT, TAMU or Arky as all three most likely will be looking for a coach by season's end, what say the rant?

I would love it if LSU didn't have to pay him as much, but he has NO shot at a P5 head coaching job.

I can give you 64 reasons why none of those schools will look at him. Unless they think he is going to coach to 75 or 80 he is not a serious target.

It wouldn't completely just shock me if Arkansas reached out to Les. They need hard nosed football bad. I still don't think he would get hired though. They'll probably go after a spread guy.

If Ole Miss gets a 2-3 year bowl ban I wouldn't have the idea of hiring him as a stop gap type Coach for 3 years

I don't think Les is helping himself with the TV appearances - certainly haven't been good. People see him and don't see his record, just see an odd guy eating grass.

he is around 64 right? I don't see any SEC team hiring him as they would be looking at a short term hire an have to replace him in 5-6 years.

I think it makes a lot of sense. I see him being able to coach another 6-7 years, which is plenty if he recruits well for the next guy.
