Seems like to me he's weighing his options. Whatever choice he makes now, I think he realizes will likely be his last stop. He could stay at Ole Miss as long as he knows that he has everything he needs to succeed. Or he can move on and see what may become of his career. I do believe now he's thinking about legacy and becoming a championship coach. With the luck of the draw he could go far in the playoffs. Just wish Ole Miss could've allowed him to just see everything through, but they made it more of a distraction than what it needed to be. And now we're here.

I read that and think he’s staying. “What are you distracting yourself from?” He’s cleaning up his life and the last thing he needs is the dysfunction that will greet him at LSU.

90 year old Lane would say go spend time with your family...maybe coach your son...you have enough money now go live your life and do good...that is what 90 year old Lane would say..

I don’t understand why people get so worked up over these tweets.
It’s obviously some book he is reading that provides daily inspirational messages. Very cryptic and meant to garner some deep meaning into life.
It would mean different things to different people.
Maybe he just wants to share it with the world because it has helped him in some way. Maybe he knows it stirs the pot. Maybe his assistant is posting it. Who fricking knows.
Either way, not his words. Stop reading that shite unless you need meaning in your life.

Yea, that's why I threw in that it took hall of Fame coaches to do it there, meanwhile LSU won one with a coach who could possibly be retarded if given an IQ test (O).
I'm not saying Florida is a bad job. In fact, I think he probably ends up there. However, it's not as easy to win there as it can be at LSU. We also just had a coach who essentially didn't spend time working, yet still won 70+% of his games here. Add in that Miami is the big money now in Florida and it's easy to see how UF could be a little more difficult to become a legendary coach at (which I think Kiffin wants to become).
