The guys is impressive, he 'sounds' like a great coach when he speaks. Acts like a great coach on the sidelines, and most importantly his players play like he's a great coach.

I was about to start the same thread - makes no sense to make a hire so quickly - Whittingham would be an infinitely better coach than Chiz.
