I really dont see why ppl hate him honestly. Other than cowboys stint where it turned out bad. I wouldnt mind it

He’s been a DC twice. He didn’t have full control at either stop, and was ushered out the door at both places.

Yet, he believes a job as a position coach in the NFL is below him. He’s about to spend a second season sitting on his couch because his ego is a lot bigger than his track record.

Hes a zone scheme coach. We are DBU. Elias and Stingley play man coverage. Might as well hire Lovie Smith and run the Tampa 2 scheme. Geesh.
