No one is disputing that O can recruit. But Nutt went 5-3 with a team that O went 0-8 with. That's the entire point I'm trying to make.

Again, his recruits were juniors or RS Soph. When he got fired. Development for most kids takes 3 years. Was Ole Miss not a cluster when he got there? I'm not claiming the guy would've won much, but Nutt benefitted off his recruits.

Can you say that Nutts success was fools gold because of the recruits?

I mean, again, that was the forever argument against Miles.

Ok man. There's no need to continue, you clearly don't understand the point.
Yaw Yaw, O is awesome. That's all we need.

What's wrong with that?

O as a HEAD Coach averaged 3.3 wins and 8.3 losses. That's O having all responsibilities. 6-2 and 5-2 in other situations. Ree is saying:

You just make up shite as you go along don't you? You can look at someone's history at Ole Miss and state as fact that his ceiling is 9-3? How about him going 11-4 in his last two HC jobs? How about 5 wins this year with a TE's coach running the offense?

Yes, O's ceiling is probably a 3-4 loss type coach. That's not made up, that's just based on Ole Miss. 7-5 is generous and that's saying he's a MUCH better coach than he used to be.

I don't understand why people want to weigh Ole Miss less. That is precisely the situation he will be in next year, not an Interim Coach.

Don't know what that even means. Nothing Herman has ever done has had any affect on me what-so-ever.

Well, actually, his not coming to LSU does make me happy when I think about it.

So you're glad we have Orgeron over Herman?

Very. When a coach has the most talented team in his conference and finishes in sixth place he has no business leading the LSU football program. 6th place in the American conference, not to be confused with the ACC. That sucks.

Going by the O hire, probably a fired high school coach.

Still wouldnt have favored him but he would have been a decent fall back then. He failed his interview and we hired him anyway.

Yes, 2006 has no idea but still talks shite like he does. Enlighten me and explain some of the differences between interim and head coach - besides the title and temporary nature of interim of course. See my previous post if you need ideas on where to start. Doesn't need to be detailed.

People talk like the interim has it so much easier than a permanent coach. I have been asking the differences for over a month now and no one can answer.
