Neal McCready just said there’s a rumor in Oxford of him buying a house in Baton Rouge. Just interesting. He said around $12M.

It isn't. For a major sports hire like this most universities have houses they will "rent" to the coach and family while they house shop. I assume LSU has a house for their next HC, and his family, that they will live in through the spring while they get their feet under them and buy a house (also renovated as needed, etc).
But don't let a little fact get in the way of a great rumor.
