If Miles left for another team, they don't have to pay LSU.
If Miles leaves for Michigan, they have to pay the 1.5M dollar buyout or whatever the money amount is
That stipulation was put in after what happened 3 years ago

I think people are confusing this with LSU's buyout of Miles if they fire him, which is the huge number that was being thrown around after the Tennessee game.
