Where did I shite on something I didn't like? For the third time, the extension was already in the works before any of the rumors. I, nor anyone else, have any idea if the K was signed (or pushed) because of the rumors. I never said it isn't a possibility that the rumors pushed the K along.

The 2M buyout was extremely low to begin with. The school didn't concede much with that change.

There was a buyout clause in an earlier draft, so it'll be interesting to see if Sexton/Jimbo reduced it to zero. We'll see.

Just trying to call out homerific bull crap when it's spewed. Don't take it personally. You're not the only one on the site who tries to come off as being in the know. Looking forward to a good game next week

Yes, stating what FSU insiders say on pay sites = me trying to claim I'm in the know. I guess I should add a clause to every post saying the information comes from other boards. You know, for those that lack reading comprehension.

Shocking. Chip Brown is wrong again. There is a buyout clause in the new contract.

I don't doubt Brown is wrong, just curious.

Perhaps the concession is he won't take the Texas job before the BCS. That's the only concession Jimbo gave by signing a no buyout contact with the old contract having a $2 million buyout.

In any case, Fisher is still an option. He should go.

Came from a paid FSU site. Details haven't been released. The buyout is likely going to be more significant.

Jeez he needs to come to Texas. That is pathetic money. He deserves more than $6 mil a year.
