LSU will never get Jimbo back, now. He is signing a 5 year contract, according to the Pensacola News Journal. It is 9mil and could be 12mil with incentives. He will be very successful...IMHO.

First, who the frick wants Jimbo back.

Second, 5 years at 9 mil with a chance to go up to 12 with incentives.

Here's what I predict for the next 5 years for FSU:

1 ACC conference title
2 ACC division titles

Jimbo Fisher has talked with former Tennessee defensive ends coach Steve Caldwell. He is pulling together a good staff. He will do well at Fla. St.

Define well. He'll have them contending for division titles all the time but they're already doing that. He has put together a good staff but he's alot like Les Miles in that he's a great recruiter but ultimately will only going to be as successful as his choice of coaches because he sucks at Xs/Os. I will say he is a good at developing QBs which something LSU sorely misses right now. I still maintain Jimbo is a sort of trojan horse to the FSU program.

Jimbo will be more successful at FSU than Miles will be at LSU for the next three years

I never understood the hate for Jimbo but thats the nature of the beast. He did a good job at LSU IMO.

SMU strength coach Vic Viloria will take a position at FSU. Vic trained under Tommy Moffitt. He played at SMU and John Curtis here in La.
Head Coach Jimbo Fisher has hired Darin Eliot, Rice Defensive Line Coach/Recruiting Coordinator, to be the new Defensive Ends
Coach for the Seminoles.
