So for anyone thinking that O hiring his kids ex-HS coach and Orgeron lawfirm client is just for a small role, think again.
This Coach O good ole boy network is in prime position to be shoved up our asses as full time staff hires whether you like it or not.

Sullivan is a great addition to the staff. We will finally have a WR coach that can get the most out of all that WR talent. Haven't had that since Henry was here

The ONLY way you keep any of this Shite from happening was, Not hire ED O. But since they did, was to give him his $3mill, with an incentive based contract and VERY LOW buyout! Giving him that buyout gave him all the leverage he needed. You don't like it, fire me and pay me like miles.

Sullivan has been a coach in the NFL for years. He was fired from Carolina and their receivers went to complete shite.

Sullivan is the reason we dont have Gilbert. Gilbert wanted to bring in one of his own coaches, O told him positions were full. This is because he promised to elevate Sullivan.

I think the coach Gilbert would want to bring is Mike Mattox, his o line coach. People say they're joined at the hip. Orgeron just hired Cregg. I can see how that would be a problem.

Where is Mickey Joseph going to end up as he certainly is no receivers coach? How many recruits did he bring in this class? What's his value to the team?
