Wow. Gus Malzahn?
Go get the guy that recruited many of the ego issues that AU has on the team right now. Makes sense.
He needs to completely clean house IMO. Get rid of all the coaches. Build his own staff.

A lot of Aub's problems stem from poor leadership and discipline. I like Gus as an X's and O's guy but I'm not sure he can bring the structure and discipline back to the team.
