It’s been twenty years (except for 2019) since our players went into a game superior in preparation and game planning but has wom mainly on raw talent.

Finally we have an a actual HC who will ensure our players have every opportunity to compete at the highest level.

I’m happiest for our players to have Brian Kelly

With the talent Saban left here we should’ve won several more NC’s do you not remember us having to over come Les Miles idiotic clock mismanagement incidents over and over?

Saban didn’t leave here 20 years ago is his point.

We win a NC in 2003, technically it was Jan 2004. It’s 2021.

What they're trying to tell you is that Nick Saban coached at LSU through 2004.

Bit of a reach there.

Occasionally Miles' teams would show up, facing stiff competition (the ranked Oregon, VT, WVU games, etc.) and absolutely push their shite in from beginning to end. But there were games under Miles and Orgeron both, where everything fell into place perfectly and LSU effortlessly blew out tough teams.

Now if you're talking about consistency, that's completely different.

I share in your optimism, and I’m excited about having a highly-competent HC.

But LSU has been far from a dumpster fire since Saban. While our HC’s have been characters for sure, we’ve had a lot of good coaches at LSU since Saban.

It’s not like we’ve just been wandering through the wilderness with idiots on staff in every direction…we’ve had some quality coaches. (Jimbo, Aranda, Raymond, Chavis, Brady, Steele to name a few)

You must have missed 2019 when the OC and DC just killed it.

Hell I'm just happy to have a coach that can string together a coherent sentence.
