Is Graham Harrell the next hot Leach disciple?

Since taking over as OC at North Texas, he has taken an offense that was ranked in the 100s to the 30th ranked offense last year and the 24th ranked offense this year.
He obviously played for Leach at Texas Tech before playing for Mike McCarthy and learning behind Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay.

You realize UNT's head coach Seth Littrell also played and coached under Leach don't you? Why are you giving all the credit for UNT's offense to Harrell?

Damn. We need Colt Brennan to become a coach and reunite the old superstar squad.

Idk he may have to strike out on his own first Seth Litrell is the HC and he’s another Leach Disciple
His coaching tree is nuts, especially if you include Briles and his tree

Yes, Imo it wont be long before he moves on to a bigger OC gig.

It's more Littrell's offense than Harrell's though. He was an OC at Arizona, Indiana, and UNC before he was tapped to be UNT's HC. Harrell was a WRs coach at Wazzu before Littrell brought him on.

It’s a LSU thing. If a coordinator is good you have to pretend the head coach does not exist or have anything to do with it. If a coordinator is bad you have to blame the head coach.

Damn Graham Harrell and Byron Leftwich are coordinators now. Da fuq

Right? I'm looking at that name thinking "wasn't he one of the first well known QBs lighting it up at TTU when the 'air raid' was becoming news"
That's some of the early days of following football for me

You can't tout a HC's best quality as being able to stay out of his coordinator's way then get mad when he doesn't get credit for their performances.
