I get the hate for Ponamsky's role in helping get O the HC job but he just did his job. He does remind me of defense attorneys who have to defend murderers knowing full well how guilty they are and should be in prison. Bad as the outcome may be the man was only doing his job.

I'd really like to know the contingency plans if Aranda bolts or Kiffin won't come. You know like when Herman bolted for UT and Fisher wouldn't come.

I mean I really don't like a sleaze like that having such an influence on the coach....the whole dynamic is just very weird.

If its anything like the hiring process, there isn't one.
Kiffin leaving Saban and all that talent isnt likely. Not for another OC job. He would be a fool.
Aranda might stay, but I wouldn't count on it if he gets a high profile offer.
The LSU is a top five job BS took a major hit when we settle for a out of work two years ago DL coach with a miserable record as a HC with a HC contract.
