My BIL is close to the OU program. He said the only thing Riley will ever leave for is the NFL and that’s a big if
He turned down an interview with the Dallas Cowboys two years ago
He has a Heisman and future 1 pick QB for 2 more years in that pencil dick conference
Just built a McMansion outside Norman and Stoops and Switzer families are very close to his.
Name your ban. I’ll put it on the line

Bruh, you think a random plane someone spotted on a free app just so happened to head to Norman doesn’t mean Lincoln Riley is leaving his program that’ll already be in the SEC soon just to come to Louisiana?!??

I'll say this if he does leave for the NFL, he'll go to Dallas. Right now, the Cowboys are rolling and will make the playoffs. No chance of them replacing McCarthy. Tell your old lady's brother, that LSU is a top 5 job with a footprint to recruit. Not to mention, 3 different coaches have won the title with 2 knuckleheads.

Oklahoma is a premiere job too. They recruit very well too. I dont get what some of you people dont understand about that. You act like oklahoma is a step down from LSU when its not. There arent but a handful of jobs in the country that are on par with LSU, i get that and i agree, but OU is one of them for sure. Riley isnt leaving OU for another college HC job. It isnt happening.

While LSU's championships are more recent, OU has seven to LSU's four.

Yeah, because a young coach and teenagers care about national titles from the 70s. LSU has proven it can win it easily in this era and Riley has witnessed what LSU can provide first hand.

I am laughing my arse off at this.
Cool, OU won a couple of championships in the 50's and 70s. Since 2000 they haven't won any and LSU has won 3 with 3 different coaches and should have had a 4th.
LSU is far more relevant and respected.

I really don't see why you even risk a ban here.
If by a miracle it was Riley I don't think anyone would want you banned. I really don't see the point of this.
Things can always change. Absolutes are never a sure thing.
So maybe he doesn't want to go to the NFL?

Before Riley became a HC in 2017, they hadn't had a top 10 class since 2010 (that was with Stoops). Since then they have had 3 straight top 10 classes with four top 10 finishes in his 5 years there.
Get Riley here, and we can have any QB we want from anywhere. We can dig even deeper into Texas. Louisiana would be locked down. It would be the equivalent of Kirby Smart going to UGA. Give him 10 mill a year and convince him that LSU can get him a championship, we can win championships.
